Teresa brings extensive leadership experience to H+C as Chief Operating Officer and Human Resource Manager, built on a strong foundation in both the retail and healthcare industries. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for strengthening employee engagement, elevating client service, and implementing operational improvements that reduce financial risk.

At H+C, Teresa oversees day-to-day operations, drives strategic alignment across the firm, and ensures accountability at all levels. She leads all administrative functions and continually refines processes and systems to improve efficiency and support an exceptional client experience.

Outside of work, Teresa can be found traveling, relaxing at the cabin, or carving fresh snow on her snowboard—always pursuing adventure, balance, and new perspectives.
