Serena Luck
With a degree in psychology from the University of Minnesota and a strong background in customer service and leadership, Serena brings a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and problem-solving to the team. She plays a key role in guiding the client experience at Heintz and Clark—coordinating communication between clients and accountants, tracking progress on ongoing work, and ensuring every client moves smoothly through each stage of their engagement. Serena is dedicated to making every interaction clear, timely, and supportive so clients feel confident and cared for throughout the process.
Outside the office, Serena loves exploring her creative side—whether she’s cooking, painting, or finding new ways to approach challenges. She also enjoys volleyball and golf leagues. At home, Serena and her husband, Sean, stay busy with their son Callahan and their two energetic pugs, Frank and Beans, who firmly believe they run the household (and occasionally sneak snacks when no one’s looking).
With a deep commitment to service and a passion for building meaningful relationships, Serena is excited to continue elevating the client experience at Heintz and Clark.
